A medical rhinoplasty is a corrective treatment to straighten the nose performed with medical intervention (injections to the nose) instead of surgery. This is basically a nose job, but without the surgery. We often see patients who describe that the appearance, humps and bumps on their nose, or drooping tip affects their confidence, self esteem and well being. For those patients, correcting a pre existing deformity significantly improves their self esteem and a non surgical nose job would be the perfect solution for them. This procedure involves using a dermal filler made of hyaluronic acid which is naturally occurring and non animal based. Your natural enzymes will slowly break it down over time when you will see a gradual return of your original nose shape and you can simply repeat the procedure if you like. You can look at this like a nose job that is not permanent, but your nose will return to what it is like now. A consultation and assessment always takes place before treatment to understand your requirements and to ensure we give you the bespoke result you desire and that suits your face. The procedure is quick and after numbing the nose with numbing cream, is relatively comfortable taking approximately 5-15 minutes to complete, though expect to be with us for about an hour while we prepare you for your treatment and discuss the plan, take your confidential secure photographs and ensure you are numb and comfortable. The result is instant and there is no downtime involved which means you can continue with your day.

We can use short or long lasting dermal fillers with an expected result duration of 6-18 months depending on which filler is used. Hyaluronic acid filler is natural and the enzyme hyaluronidase which is naturally present in your body will break down the filler over time.
Yes, this is a reversible treatment and in the very unlikely event you are dissatisfied with the results, the product can be broken down by use of hyaluronidase enzyme injections. Thankfully, we rarely ever have to do this!
Some patients may experience mild pain during the dermal filler injections, but a topical numbing cream is optional if required pre-treatment. You may experience slight bruising or swelling around the injected area, but this will subside after a few days and you should be able to cover this with makeup very easily.
